The YMCA of Pawtucket offers activities that help you stay active, learn new skills, and connect with others in your community. Whether you enjoy swimming, working out with a group, lifting in the gym, or trying something brand new, you can find a schedule that works for your day. Each location provides a wide mix of options for youth, teens, adults, and seniors.

What You Can Access

  • Group Exercise Schedule: Classes include cycling, strength, Pilates, dance, yoga, and other favorites. Every class brings people together to support each other while having fun.

  • Pool Schedule: Our pools include open swim, lap swim, water fitness classes, and family swim times. These schedules are updated often to meet the needs of swimmers of all ages.

  • Gym and Rock Wall Schedule: Check times for basketball, open gym, structured programs, and rock wall hours if you are looking for a new challenge.
