Swing for Kids
As a non-profit organization, the Y is able to provide opportunities to the community because of the generosity of donors. The YMCA of Pawtucket consists of 4 branches: Heritage Park, MacColl YMCA, Pawtucket Family YMCA, and Westwood YMCA. At the Y, everyone—regardless of age, income, and background—has the opportunity to learn, grow, and thrive. Through the generosity of our donors, the Y has become a leader in our region around Youth Development, Healthy Living, and Social Responsibility and strives to build lifelong success for all.
Your gift will provide scholarships and financial assistance so that every child and adult can thrive no matter their circumstances.
We work with families, youth, and seniors to ensure that no matter their circumstances all have a safe and welcoming place at the Y to:
- Improve health outcomes
- Receive academic support
- Find friendship and community
- Resource families in need
- Develop as a young leader
- Reach new heights socially, physically, and emotionally.

In-kind donations are contributions of goods or services such as clothing, food, or equipment. Below are items that we are currently in need of. We respectfully request that all donations, if previously used, be clean and in proper working order.
*At this time we are only able to accept items that are listed below.**
- NEW Art Supplies (glue, paint, brushes, paper, markers, crayons, colored pencils, etc.)
- NEW School Supplies (notebooks, binders, loose-leaf paper, folders, pencils, pens, backpacks, etc.)
- Playing Cards
- Legos (including Duplo Legos)
- Wooden or plastic blocks
- Toy cars
- Tickets to Sporting events or Cultural Experiences
- Donate Space: advertising space, airtime, event space
